Very comfortable unit,with quality furnishings and thoughtful extras

This place is on a main road,so traffic 24/7.including Buses and trucks.Bring earplugs. There is NO parking until after 4pm as its next to the hospital

Very nice location just outside the CBD, with an easy walk in. Location near the park is lovely. The townhouse is modern with all amenities in new condition. It has everything we needed for a great stay in a beautiful city. Dealing with the owners was always pleasant and they responded very quickly to any messages we needed to send about arrival times, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Christchurch again in the future.

"Great place to stay"

The property is very well located and very bright (lot of windows). It is nearby the park and good restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen is very well equipped: spices, oil, vinegar, nespresso machine … It was clean and has a comfortable king bed! We loved this place.
