King bed on Hagley Park corner in the CBD

A very well-appointed apartment with excellent access to all amenities We connected the owner with a question and had a speedy response. Great value with high quality fittings and a very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend it if visiting Christchurch.

Modern & clean, loved the outdoor area, very sunny. Felt safe & secure too.

I did feel it was overpriced for a one bedroom Apt., also not sure why check in would be 3pm, when checkout is 10am. We recently stayed in a hotel, where checkin was 3pm, but we didn’t need to checkout till 11am.

Parking was a bit of a hassle as there is no dedicated parking and its a busy road that people drive in and park for working in town. Just means you may have to drive around a bit or move your car later in the evening once workers have left for the day.

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the furniture was spotless and looked brand new, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I had read some previous reviews mentioning issues with off-street parking, but we had no trouble at all finding a spot right in front of the door—perhaps because it was the weekend. One thing that really impressed us was the lovely scent when we entered. We noticed they used an Air Wick Essential Oil Plug-In, which made the place feel even more welcoming. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back next time! My wife and I travel to Christchurch several times a year, and finding a good place in this price range has always been a challenge. Now that we’ve found this gem, we know exactly where to stay.

The only small downside was that the street was a bit noisy in the morning, but it really wasn’t a big deal for us.

It is a very nice and fully equipped apartment within a very short distance of the city center. There was a slight issue in the beginning, but I must say the host addressed it quickly and effectively. We really appreciated a little outside place, where you can have your morning coffee. Parking was not a big deal, as others wrote in the review, as there was plenty of space outside in front of the apartment. It is a short walk to the CBD about 10 minutes, also the park by the accommodation is an amazing place for runs or other exercise.

The apartment is located right on the street which can get quite busy, especially in the morning, but it wasn't a big deal for us. Also, the bed was super soft, I prefer firmer ones, but that just a personal preference.
