King bed on Hagley Park corner in the CBD

Immaculate. Like staying in a 5 star hotel without the hassle of a hotel. And like staying in your own home - able to come and go as you pleased. Beautifully set up with everything you might need

Such a lovely stay! A very comfortable apartment, everything was perfect, a comfortable bed, nice hot shower, big tv, lovely location, would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend

Lovely modern, cozy, townhouse. Compact but had everything we needed, very cleverly designed kitchen to make use of space. Laundry and coffee pod machine were welcome inclusions. Comfortable bed. 2 minute walk to Hagley Park, 20 minute flat walk into the main CBD area, restaurants and cafes. The host was exceptionally responsive.

Parking was an absolute nightmare the whole time we were there. Despite the property being described as having onsite parking (which was a priority for us) when I originally booked, it's only on street parking and most of the time during our stay, we weren't able to park anywhere near the property and quite often had to drive round multiple streets just trying to find somewhere to park. Nearby college, event at Hagley Park and numerous construction projects in vicinity only exacerbated the problem. This was the main factor why I didn't rate it higher. If you don't need to use a car then I'd highly recommend this property.
