Lovely apartment ideal for two people, beautifully presented.

Location was a easy 15 minute walk to city past Hagley Park and Avon River and great supermarket within walking distance along back road to city

very well appointed and spotlessly clean, warm and cosy with comfortable bed and couch,plenty of storage, lots of natural light, very well laid out

Modern and well appointed, spacious apartment. Outdoor areas were excellent. Provided all we needed for a five day stay. We did not have a car so we chose this location for accessibility. Major supermarket, bus interchange, railway station and city centre all a 20 to 25 minute walk on flat surfaces (no hills). The trade off to being close to everything is that there is a fair bit of traffic in the vicinity but nothing unsafe.
