King bed on Hagley Park corner in the CBD

We loved the location - so close to Hagley Park and the city. The apartment was very tidy, bed very comfortable and all amenities of extremely high quality.

Very comfortable for two. Had everything and more that you would need for a short stay. Very clean, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, good quality linen. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Parking is free but public, which meant you had to drive around the block a few times before you were able to score a park. It was a bit annoying upon arrival because you need to bring your luggage in. That is a town planning issue, not the fault of the owners. You just need to be aware if you have your own vehicle and have patience.

The property is located right at the side of Hagley Park and within very short driving distance of shops and restaurants. The accomodation was very clean, probably very recently built and had a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Bonus is the electrically heated toilet seat. WiFi had a strong and reliable signal. TV had a Netflix account to be used by guests.

Only down side is the very limited parking space near the property. As you have to make use of street parking, you depend on luck to find that one free parking space when you arrive. In the evenings this is normally no issue, but during the day it may turn out to be a challenge.
