Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Gut ausgerüstete Küche, reichhaltiges bereitgestelltes Frühstück. Schöne Veranda mit tollem Garten.

Der Heizlüfter im Bad wurde nicht warm. Im Wohn-/Schlafbereich fehlt eine Heizmöglichkeit. Es waren zwei kalte Nächte und entsprechend unangenehm kalt war es am Morgen im Studio.

Beautiful property and comfortable bed. The hosts were great.

Slightly out of town which meant you had to drive most places.

Everything. The little apartment was amazing. Definitely a boutique B&B. Freshly made bread, local honey and jam, fresh eggs. Espresso on the room. And a lovely host. Annie was there when we arrived and when we left. Wonderful person.

Nothing. Maybe a little far from the town centre but it is easy to park the car anywhere in town.

The property was excellent. The accommodation was one room in a self contained unit in the grounds of owners house. It contained a double bed and kitchen area. We were provided with food in the fridge which could be use for breakfast. It was an half an hour walk into the town where you could have something to eat or drink. Really like a housing estate but very pleasant.

The property was described as having a washing machine which it didn’t. In our case we needed to use a washing machine as we were travelling throughout New Zealand. When we got to the property the owners were away so when we arrived we could not ask immediately about the washing facilities. We were told later by the owner that the washing facility was not available as it was broken. the washing machine I presumed was in the main house but that is ok if the owner is at home but no good if they are away as they told me they were. They did say they would come back to sort the problem but by then we found a laundry in the town centre which cost us money. We should have been refunded!

This is such a fabulously cozy place to stay! The apartment had everything needed for a visit and the breakfast was the icing on the delicious cake. Cannot recommend enough! It was also well located to explore Whitianga and the Coromandel region.
