Warm welcome from the landlord and you can feed the sheeps! A very cottage style bed and breakfast.

If you don't drive, the it could be a bit far from the center.

fantail cottage is a magical accomodation ideally located in Oamaru to walk to the Victorian precinct, Scotts brewery, and see the blue penguin colony.owners were super responsive and have taken great care to restore this cottage into a fantastic guest house.

"Lovely cottage in peaceful yet convenient location"

Lovely light and airy cottage with all the necessary amenities in a peaceful location, but only 5 minutes walk to the town and bars and restaurants. Loved the decor, which made a change from the same bland colours. Hope to stay again in the future.

It was an amazing experience in a quiet location, the cottage is a real fairy-tale world. The main attractions such as the penguin and seal colonies, the harbour, the shops and the cheese factory are all near. Highly recommended
