Great little place would be very happy to stay again

Just one small thing, it would be very useful to have a sensor light down the side of the house, and perhaps a reflective strip on the front steps

Arthur was a great host, good communication and very helpful. The place is great, nicely decorated with good facilities and a super comfy bed. It is also in a good location in walking distance to the beach and couple of shops/takeaway places and easy to get into city centre.

Nothing really, everything was great, only things that would make it better would be a hot plate and a dehumidifier for the bathroom, but not essential
