Location was perfect! And the apartment was spectacular

I was not advised that there was a deposit fee (read the fine print) Getting in touch with booking.com proved difficult. We accidentally locked the keys in the apartment and had to wait 2-3 hours for a key to arrive and the lockbox for the new key was dropped at a location that was quite a distance from the apartment. I couldn't understand why they just didn't drop it off at the original pick-up location that was on-site. I advised the owners that the booking.com rules don't reflect the manual in the room, check out at 10am. Manual in the room stated 11am. I took photos and sent it to them
