THE ROOM HAS NOT HAD A GOOD CLEAN UP IN A VERY LONG TIME ..MOLD AND GRASS GROWING OUT ON THE DECK , OLD GAS CYLINDERS LYING AROUND FROM PREVIOUS GUESTS. FURNITURE VERY STAINED, OLD PARTS FROM PREVIOUS REPAIRS STILL LYING IN THE ROOM ,

Beautiful spot with fantastic views of the harbour and bridge. Very handy to Britomart, Ferry's and the Viaduct. Warm, clean and tidy. Nicely decorated and decor was welcoming & relaxing. Lovely bedroom space with plenty of cupboard space.

A little bit more information about access to the apartments. ie the keys had a Swipe card to access the apartment building but was not mentioned in the instructions. 6 tourist buses idling outside our balcony at 8am on Saturday morning wasn't great, but understand that's out of the apartments control. Shower tap-ware needs a re-vamp. But otherwise happy with our stay.
