Location was good.

The lock on the door made it hard to open. The shower was only just hanging on to the wall. To top it all off they said I tore a pillow cover which I did not and took the money out of my account with out even phoning me to discuss!

"Great Location for an apartment"

Followed the very thorough message sent and got the keys easily

The hand held shower needs replacing (I read this on previous reviews and still not fixed. For a few hundred dollars this is an easy fix). The whole bathroom could do with a little renovation, the rest of the apartment was great, contained everything you need.

Large apartment and nice view but would never recommend staying here regardless.

What they don’t tell you is that you must pay an additional 250 NZ as security. This only becomes apparent after you already pay. Check in is awful. They accused us of tearing a pillow slip and dirtying the duvet, which we did not do and deducted funds to pay even though disputed.

"Great Harbour View Apartment In Auckland"

Fantastic view. Close to the City and ferry, very convenient. Really spacious with all the convenient facilities available. Lots of eating areas within walking distance. Also very clean. Great value for the location and very secure.

The apartment could do with some maintenance particularly the shower area mainly the water pressure (very low in other areas and extreme and very hot in the shower) and shower head could be replaced. Maybe an overhead and fixed one?

Loved the location and space layout. The huge sliding doors really open up the space. Easy walking access to restaurants and sights. Excellent communication by the property management staff. There was a minor glitch with my check in and they resolved it with a quick call. There were low reviews of the WiFi, but I worked remotely for a week and had no issues.

Everything was wonderful, but I’ll echo previous guests that the shower head could use an update.
