Great location, very well appointed, comfortable sleeping with a choice of excellent pillows. Bathroom, with plenty space for toilet requirements and a grab rail for toilet, well known toiletries provided. Good lighting throughout, only two units here with secure parking overnight.

Just a tiny bit of road noise I did not hear it, my wife used ear plugs. There is nothing else to tell

Smith House is very impressive. It's quite bijou but for a small unit it certainly delivers. We stayed in Toetoe for two nights and it felt brand new, very clean, very comfortable with lovely decor. The bed and bedding was lovely. The kitchen area was supplied with everything needed to self cater. The bathroom was really nice with beautiful products for guests use. There is a little outside seating area for drinks. We never met the owner but Rory made it clear we could get in contact should we need to. We were fortunate enough to be there for the Vintage weekend which was fabulous.
