Smith House

It was a nice central location with views of the river, Kowhai Park, Dublin Street bridge.

We liked the property, but feel that it should be mentioned that it is more of a bedsit under the residence. The big yellow chair is cute, but not very comfortable for sitting and lounging in. Maybe a chaise?

Location great. Facilities great. Cleanliness exceptional.

Perfect location. Town centre not too far for walking and the river walk almost at the door step. I loved sitting up in the very comfortable bed and looking across the river. Double-glazing was wonderful, both to moderate the temperature and to kill road noise. Curtains well designed to enjoy provacy while enjoying the outlook, but also to block the light for a sleep-in.The host was thoughtful and hospitable, while still non-intrusive.

The place was very well kept. It had fast Wifi, and a big TV with all the streaming services, a comfortable bed and a great shower.
