Smith House

The property was very welcoming, the hosts had thought of everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The chocolates on arrival, plunger coffee and toiletries were lovely extras. The accommodation was quiet, immaculately presented, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfy, towels were fluffy and the shower was great. Excellent value for money - we would recommend.

Now this place is classy! We stayed in Toe Toe, which is one of two apartments on this property and was so comfortable that we thought we could move to Whanganui and live here. Everything worked, was good quality and stylish and definitely value for money. We loved the spacious bathroom, with plenty of hooks and places to put things - yay!! Also appreciated the variable lighting options. Its position is perfect for a walk along the river or a stroll into town. Rory left excellent instructions and was very available if we needed any attention. I hope we get to stay here again sometime.

The traffic could be noisy but once the double-glazed windows were closed at night, there was no problem.
