Hall on the Terrace

The property was really quite quirky. Loved the old feel of it. Being an old church was a quaint experience. But with the modern bathroom and the underfloor heating - lovely.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The shower wasn’t very strong.

The property was extremely clean and had all amenities you need for a short stay. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The historic character of the building and the beautiful garden also added to the charm of Hayley's accommodation. She was very good at communicating with us. Priced very reasonably for the quality of the place. Highly recommend it.

Love the esthetic and feel of the old style building and how it is tied into the rooms.

Renovations done to Hall on the Terrace are most impressive. Furniture is in keeping with the building. The tiling in the bathroom was amazing.

Ein absolutes Highlight unserer Reise. Denke, es war mal eine Kirche. Mega renoviert, man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl. Modern und doch so einzigartig, mit den hohen Räumen, dem Himmelbett und dem Sprudelbad. Jederzeit wieder..

I liked the uniqueness of staying in a converted church hall

As many old buildings go it has that old musty smell. The bbq was listed as a facility available to cook with however the matches were wet and no clicker to start it or foil to use as you wouldn’t choose to put your meat on those grates.
