"Ok, but needs a lot of TLC to bring up to living standards."

Location to the Mall of Asia and local shops was ideal.

Kitchen - Cooking facilities need renewing as due to rust on the hobs as took ages to heat up, pots/pans/cooking utensils need replacing due to scratches/broken, flooring throughout condo needs looking at due to flexing tiles. Bathroom - needs tiles replacing/toilet needs fixing down and seat replacing/sink taps fixing too, drainage in bathroom needs looking at due to constant smell of damp. Lounge - Sofa bed needs replacing due to rips in the leather, as it was all covered with a blanket. Also very uncomfortable to sit/lie on. Also being 2nd floor condo, I’m a little worried with pest control as we had to deal with cockroaches every day too.

Very convenient to Moa its 1block away save money no need to taxi just by walking distance.around the area alot for Amenities and Restaurants. Close to airport too.
