Sea Residences MOA arena SMX by darpm

The location was great. The complex had really good pools, very good for families. No key entry was great. Netflix and good WiFi. Washing machine and lots of hangers was great.

Looked like the decorating had not been finished and in some places poorly finished. The apartment is just in need of a refresh. Fridge did not work and was not fixed during our stay, this was a problem and part of the reason for selecting an apartment. Some old appliances like the heating elements. Bed was not the best. Construction work on a new building right opposite, but not a lot of noise. It was on the cheaper end however of similar apartments.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was near the mall so it was convenient.

The internet was not working, thus we couldn’t use the tv (netflix, youtube, etc.)

love the interior and the staff, they are amazing!

moth balls smell in the flat everytime we get inside the flat is too strong. The smell in the bathroom, prolly from unsealed toilet seat ( we are not sure)

Comfortable feels like home

The stove is so smelly but it's convenient

The toilet seat was shaky and some tiles are moving.
