All you will need are your personal stuff. Everything is provided, from sheets, towels, and kitchen utensils. The balcony with the sunrise view makes it exceptional. Message the owner and she/he responds on time. The size of the condo is not that big but a family of 6 and an extra guest would still have a comfortable space to sleep on. Lim Ket Kai mall and restaurants are walking distance.

Everything was great except that the main bathroom shower does not completely drain causing the bathroom floor wet the whole time and is uncomfortable.
