Toilet did not work properly

Location.

There was leaking from the kitchen drain so we couldn’t do the dishes. The door knob broke also in one of the rooms. But the staff was there right away to fix it, so we were able to get our things from the locked room.

The view, cleanliness, comfortable furniture and beds, availability of kitchen items, free Wi-Fi, free parking, awesome and responsive staff.

The unit is clean and spacious enough for a family. The aircondition in both rooms work well. Water pressure and quality is also good enough, though I wished they could have provided body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in bottled pumps like most airbnb units do, considering the price per night. But, the mini bar soap and shampoo in sachet packs are still better than nothing. I’d like to suggest that you, at least, add hair conditioner to your bathroom. Something in the air in the Philippines, probably the humidity level, make our hair dryer than usual. The bathroom essentials is just a very small thing though, compared to the very convenient location of the condominium. It is located at a walking distance from the city’s pride mall, the Limketkai Mall. Shoudl you need a ride, taxi units are waiting in line right at the entrance of the building. The view from the 24th floor is beautiful especially at night. The staff of this unit are very nice, accommodating, and helpful. And the guards at the entrance don’t fail to greet you warmly every single time you enter the building. There was one guard who needed to approach us about a parking problem, but he did it so politely and I appreciate that the building guards and the condo unit staff all represented the city of golden friendship quite well with their pleasing personalities. Parking, by the way, can never be a problem. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. They sure have a wide parking space. Hope this helps! 😊

Just the shampoo in sachet packs and there was no hair conditioner provided. I understand though that sachet packs is common in the country and more economical, but you could have added hair conditioner even if they have to be in sachet packs too. I expected the bathroom to be more fully equipped like most of the airbnb units that I have stayed in around the Philippines and in other countries. I’m not the type who complain about small things, please don’t get me wrong. But, I would appreciate it and would definitely stay in your unit again if you do this little improvement for the comfort of your guests. This is just a suggestion to hopefully help you improve your business too. 😊
