Very welcoming staff complete facilities very nice lobby as well 😁 The contact person was very responsive Has a really good view of Taal lake Foggy (weather) and cozy Good range hood (no smell/smoke after cooking) Huge bed

I wish there was a smart tv No spatula for frying but there's a non stick pan and thongs so that works, I guess

-Towels don't smell good -No internet tho it wasn't included in the description I highly suggest putting an internet connection since the TV plus signal was not good. - Better change the room scent.

Helpful staff, good location and great price / quality ratio! Pretty spacious room too! You are near some restaurans and shopping malls even if you decide to walk you can find several good places nearby.

Check in process takes a bit longer compared to other hotels. Beds and towels were not very clean. We were asked to pay a deposit upon arrival of appr. 2000 PHP which you need to take into account however you will get the money back if you did not make any damage.
