There was squeaking sound whole night in the room, maybe some hidden insect. Couldn't sleep well. We upgraded our room by paying extra, but suffered for paying extra. No one to attend problems after 8pm to 8am. So we suffer whole night. Cleanliness would be much better. Need a lot of renovation.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The proximity of the place is great and it's in the middle of everything especially within the events place where we attended the wedding.

The elevator malfunctioned. I was trapped once and there was no guard or maintenance person inside the elevator. They let the guests operate the elevator inspite of the fact that the elevator was malfunctioning. It was not safe especially if the guest is already a senior or has a heart condition. Safety was compromised.

I like the location of property because there's lots of establishments around. The security is also commendable.

We did not like the facilities in the room, the tv does not have cable, the towel seems dirty because of the dark color rather dirty white. I suggest to offer smart tv or game boards for entertainment while staying in the property. Also, the parking is quite expensive.
