GBI like that the property is set a little further away from town — peaceful. Easy to check in, great communication from the caretaker of the place. Place feels secure with guards posted on the gate of complex. Pool was convenient.
The property needs better maintenance and cleaning. In the toilet/showerroom, items like soap dish was dislodged and was just left on the counter, there were visible mould/mildew build up on the sticker of the toilet lid, ceiling, tiles and shower screen. In the living room, minor but there are tapes on the wall, the couch (although does the job) is a bit worn out. In the rooms, the drawers and dresser desk were a bit worn out too. The lock/latch on one of the sliding doors was broken (safety issues). Also, the airconditioning machine does smell musty and has obvious build up of mould/mildew inside. Now this is personal preference but the pillows were so uncomfortable as they were weirdly too stiff/high
PHAte Michelle took good care of us and was able to address the electric kettle concern asap. Highly recommend!
Nothing much it's more on the general facilities of the community itself that can be improved.

PHGBI booked this for my 2 brothers and their partners. They were happy with the unit. Spacious, clean, everything you need is there. Friendly owner and caretaker. Straightforward instructions and rules. It's very good value for money. Will surely stay again in the future.
I didn't have any really. All good. My brothers mentioned the place is not so close to main road so without your own vehicle then need to walk a bit or hire a transpo. They had a car so wasnt a problem at all. And they liked it anyway it's a bit far from busy area.

Washer (which I thought could be used as it was mentioned in the page but was not the case as hindered by the owner). It was just a display. The owner who stopped replying to me after a heated discussion about the washer.
PHPHIt was comfortable, the staff were respectful. The accommodation was pet friendly and miss michelle is great!

The unit is wonderful but the establishment's pool is small.
