I like the ambience of the property, very nice and clean.

Just a suggestion, provision for hangers and closet for clothes. Shower head needs to cleaned, provision of blankets. Blankets provided are very thin and short. We were 4 but we were only provided with 2. If this is not included in the package, suggest to advice guests to bring their own blankets.

The condo was larger than all others we have stayed at. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The condo included towels kitchen equipment. The caretaker was courteous and prepared the condo ready for us to move in.

The condo lacked sugar, salt, soaps and it was secluded from restaurants or shops with walking distance. We weren’t prepared for that as other condos were.

Very spacious. Care taker has a positive attitude towards guests. Quiet place and very relaxing. Pet friendly but I think not all the owners allowing pets, so the care taker/contact person will ask you a “pet fee 350pesos”. They have a small pool outside too, but we didn’t use it since the wind is very cold. To summarize, we loved our stay here! Worth every penny.

Since we booked on the spot. The care taker missed some area to clean like we found a worn out eyelashes on our head board but it’s okay, we understand and we appreciate the care taker of our room.

My family and I loved the property. Its a perfect size for a family of 5 like us. Actually it could still be stretched a little more as we have 1 extra (nephew) with us and our little fur baby. The unit is so tidy and organize. Its very clean and snells fresh. The provided utensils and cookware is a plus factor for us, because besides trying local foods we really love having cook meals (light meals though) on vacations. As to the property owner and the unit manager, I only have good words for both of them. The owner though based in UK really went out of her way to communicate with me despite the big time difference. She made sure that everything was arranged and connected me witn her unit manager. Just like the very alert property owner, her unit manager was also so accommodating. She made sure that every details and information were discussed to me when we checked in. She was very attentive of our needs. She always make herself available incase we need her assistance. I also liked that the neigborhood was relatively quite. Though there were a lot of guests at the time, the propeery vibe is still quiet and peaceful. And that's another good point of the property for me. The property is well secured.

This may seem a downside, but for me it is actually interesting. The property is somewhat isolated. Isolated in the sense that you really need to have a ride if you wish to go out to eat or to buy something. Basically guests come to the property in car, so I guess this is not a big issue. There are also tuktuk waiting just outside the property, incase you don't want to take a car going out. But if your goal for a staycation is to be peaceful and quiet in a lovely place then this won't be a downside thing.

We loved the location. It's quiet and not crowded. We have the view of the pool from the balcony. It was very close to the restaurants we plan to go to. Ms Rochelle was very accommodating and made our check in very smooth even though we booked a few minutes before our check in day. She transferred us to another unit because the stove in the unit I booked was not working.

Not spacious, even the bathroom, not suitable for big sizes. We got by for 1 night, not suitable for couple of days and for 4 people 😌

The distance, parking is tight.
