SGLocation is good, connected to Sunway Pyramid Mall which has a great variety of dining, entertainment & shopping options. It is also easy to get around by Grab especially when traffic is good. The apartments have good security as there is a guard & a keycard is needed to use the lifts.
The apartment is rather run down. There was a slightly musty smell in the room. The mattress for the double bed sagged on one side. There was dust in the corners, under the beds & on some of the furniture. There were also ants from time to time. Water pressure for the shower was very bad.
