"Attach to the mall but cleaning materials unaccessible"

It's very near the skating rink where we have our competition event.

Nobody cleans the property even you are staying for long time and even when you requested. The cleaning materials are kept in the terrace. But we cannot open the terrace door.

The host Yuki is friendly and fast responding to whatapp. The room is clean. Location is excellent which is linked to Sunway Shopping Mall and next to Sunway Lagoon

Can further improve by providing face tissue, small towel.

"Great Location and Host"

Great location.The Lagoon and mall were so close - just down the elevator. There were a lot of restaurants next to the suites.The Host Yuki was great. She gave proper instructions to check in & out and park. She responded to all my questions in a very timely, clear, and quick. The room was quite large and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay at the suites.
