I had a wonderful experience with the booking manager and the place overall. The booking manager was very professional, responsive, and helpful from the beginning until the end of my stay. They answered all my questions clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. As for the place, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect space to relax. Everything was well-organized, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the effort put into maintaining such a great place. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to come back again in the future.

Best homestay with affordable rate in PJ ,location was very convenient for everyone

The host is very efficient,though my stay was last minute but he help me to prepare on time. It's very affordable and as expected the money we paid it's worth it.Will recommend for all frequent traveller for work, uni, or chilling

The location is near my meeting place And the Soho room is big enough for two The place is easy to find, easily accessible via Grab

The deposit is not refunded until now (after 4 working days after checkout) The host ignores the WA message I sent to him requesting a deposit refund I was informed by the host to pay the deposit right before I need to take the key. I'm not even sure if this is the normal procedure for Airbnb in Booking.com. What I know for sure is that if I do not pay the sum/ransom, I have no place to sleep that night. The room has a faulty faucet. I took a photo of the faulty faucet upon finding out it's broken, to the owner, so that the owner could count on me. The room has toilet paper to last barely for 1day (I paid for a 3-day stay). The rubbish management is a total disaster. I need to throw away my own rubbish, or else I will be fined RM500 The security admits anyone. You will sweat inside the room with a full blast air conditioner on. The bed is as hard as the floor. Sheets with questionable cleanliness. I did not dare to switch on the microwave and the kettle. They looked worn out.

They also promised 2 queen beds, but when I checked in, I only received 1 single bed and 1 queen-size bed. I paid the deposit on the spot, and they said it would be refunded within 2 days. However, I only received the refund after 5 days, and I had to ask many times before getting it. The washroom on the down floor did not have a shower pipe/hand shower.I had to pay for parking, and it was very expensive — RM48 for 24 hours.

After 3 attempt and 1 hour+ time taken for self check-in, the last room they give is good.

The admin made me try to unlock few different unit almost like she is guessing the pin. After trying to unlock a few unit, managed to get one. Then enter the house just to see an uncleaned house. With beer cans on the table and stuff. Had to go back down to try unlock another unit. Again after few attempt only managed to unlock. Then we got a good unit. Conclusion, very poor management.
