"Wasn’t a pleasant stay due to last minute informed about unavailability of a booked unit; and got to take up another one"

The location is perfect.

The layout of the unit wasn’t as good as other units in the same tower. It was a bit smelly and noisy (due to located at low floor).

It was two store room. The room was clean and air conditioners worked well. It was easy to communicate with staff. It is a room for families.

The bed is just ok and the room needs renovation. If the room will reorganize and renovate, and provide WiFi, the room would be a good Airbnb for families or short term visitor. Overall, my experience was not bad but it was not like other Airbnbs in the Pacific towers

Five people stayed in the room. The reservation stated two double beds and a sofa bed, but it turned out to be a double bed, a single bed and a sofa. The single bed did not have a quilt. The experience was very poor.
