Aside from the location others services is so bad. Cant even provided clean sheet. The one we got smell like an old cloth. When we asking for a towel the said they will provide is. But till the end of our stay no one send us the towel. They said provided a netflix but they dont. Bad management bad cleaning staff.

The location is convenient, and dining is also very convenient.

There are hygiene issues that need improvement. The bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and leaking, and the main door lock was broken—it wasn’t locked when we arrived. The so-called sofa bed was unusable; it was not only small but also couldn’t be unfolded, so it can’t really be called a sofa bed. We had to request an extra bed at the last minute. The TV didn’t even have a remote control, and even after informing the management, they didn’t provide one.

The location as we are doing a event nearby . It is just walking distance.

Actually the room has nothing and it use trash bag to cover sunlight. It is literally just 2 wall and 2 glass full glass panels. The bed is super hard. The pillow is too thin. We did one round of sweeping ourselves and found rubbish underneath the bed.
