the process to get the room's key was terrible. check in time at 4pm, too late!

The location is good, easy access and easy to find good food, the staff nice, the tv got problem and they change it although have to wait for long time for them to change

The apartment doesnt smell good, the blanket is very thin and got bad smell, need to improve for the bed cleanliness

you got to eat and buy your own food. there is plenty of eateries . supermarket is opp of the apartment. xiao ming cafe do serve good food and prices are fine.

there is totally no cupboard, the whole place is window and the best part is they use black plastic garage bag to cover the windows. the place will be super hot in the afternoon.

1. Requested for early check in and mind you it came with a hefty cost which never spelled out in the advert. Check in at 4pm, is this some kind of trap so that everyone who booked has to pay extra in order to get the standard 3pm check in. 2. No free parking, also needs to pay. That's another extra cost there. Not mentioned in the description. 3. Upon checked in, attached pictures for your imagination. I booked 2 rooms ya and was speechless. The sofa bed cover, was in a very bad condition and dirty. The bed cover is the same. Pillows provided should have changed a long time ago. 4. Facilities wise, never bothered to explain. Pools acceptable. There is a gym with a payment entrance. 5. You need to clear your own rubbish, or they'll charge you RM500. This is also not even mentioned in the descriptions. 6. Paid 150 deposit which also requested and refunded, but without any notification on the status of refund. They just expect you to just wait and check your account 1000x per day. Overall, a very bad experience and that will be the first and last. There is another unit which I have rented before, which came with free parking and a very good customer service. I guess this is just bad luck.

Place not clean at all, old bed and pillows ,very bad and totally poor condition,no television ,not satisfied with service and taking deposit alot for rm150 but very very unsatisfied, totally different what they showed in booking , some more deposit after checkout have to chasing back to gt it. It takes more then 3days to get in bck
