I like the property and facilities are very good. It’s so easy to go around the property and the amenities are good. The guards are very helpful they can assist you to get a shuttle.

The place is so quite that you can even hear the birds singing. The beach and the pool is much okay then.

I just want to comment on pet issue. Upon booking it was clearly stated that no pets allowed but we were surprised that some guests bring their dogs with them. I was just sad for my kitten to be left alone in the house because i followed your rules.

The room that I rent not much wow.

This is the 2nd time at Pico Deloro. The 1st time was year 2017 with my husband and daughter. we stayed at Pico sand hotel. It was good that is why I brought the whole for outing. Now? What I didn't like this 2nd adventure was the accomodation/reception in the place. When we got checking in, the lady caretaker incharged was wrongfully computed our registration fees which overcharged me for payment. (1,360. 00 pesos). The good thing is, the receptionist re- computed computed rightfully. Thanks for that. Since the receptionist already charged the payment in my debit card so the lady caretaker of the condos pay me back in cash. For the units/condos we stayed, I payed a lot for 4 units, thats fine, but what I was expecting was good and clean facilities. But it's units are so bad. One unit TV is not working,(thanks they fixed it) other unit heater in the shower room is not working,( my children have to go to our room to take shower there.) My husband and I unit was disgusting cockroach 🪳 in the room saw in my coffee crawling eeooww! I texted the caretakers asking for some complaints very late relpy. Until we checked out the heater in the shower did not fix it. So I will never go back to this place again.

We check in late. But the room floor is soaken wet. Toilet not flushed yellow color..

Staff are polite and very nice. Everything is amazing 👍
