Disappointed, we booked at booking.com and when we got the entrance we don’t have records of our booking or our names at the guard. Our booking emailed me without any room numbers or any information and I can’t contact the number that they gave me online. Very poor service and we are very disappointed. We wait long time at the entrance and we just came in because I called my cousin and she have friend who have unit in pico de loro. I booked different booking because they don’t have records of my name. I’m supposed to pay php 21,500 for my new booking and when I’m about to registered and pay the receptionist from the country club show my papers/form and he asked what gonna happened with my other booking. Which I only paid php 11,000. Why there was no good coordination and proper information on my booking and those people working on this facility. Very very disappointed in everything. We will not coming back at pico de loro !

Peace and quiet, lot of greens and tress

the area is far, access to store and market the place is very exclusive and far from the town. By the way, the water quality in the condo is not that good. Water in the toilet is not clear

It was very comfy. It has wifi, netflix, youtube. You can cook your food here. It has complete cooking tools and kitchenware. Strong aircon, clean bathroom with hot water. Two tumbs up. Highly recommended.

I like the beach and the club house in general. They have big pools and the whole place was clean. Staffs are very friendly.

I like the place..very cozy and clean..perfect for small families. Staff are very responsive too.
