"Bad Customer Service"

The place is good except for 2 things. First, they gave us a lot of contact numbers but, once you sent them some inquiries through text messages, THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK. Is it because we fully paid in advance, and they are therefore, secured in the payment that real good customer service is lost? Second, in the numerous emails sent to us, they never explained how to use the television which is connected to wifi and other gadgets. We had to grope in the dark in trying to open the TV. We even tried calling the technician of the beach condo but he also did not know how to open it. We tried calling the number of the caretaker but, SHE DID NOT ANSWER our call. We never see them.
