"Affordable place with commensurate accomodations."

The place was cheap and the amenities were commensurate with the price. It was near the North bus terminal that we wanted to get to in the morning. The check-in was smooth and the communication was great!

The actual property didn’t look like the pictures. We paid for an extra guest (5 guests) but only got accommodations for 4 guests anyways.

"Good Value for Money"

The location is near SM Cebu, Bus, Jeepney, Van, Taxi etc. very accessible.

No drinking water but they had a water dispenser provided. Hope they will add on a water next time, a coffee sachet, bath soap as welcome kit. But everything is fine.

Location is 10/10 Host 11/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Check in 11/10

Not the unit but the building itself. I guess they have to get rid of the cockroaches in the entire Sunvida.

Close to sm, has hot and cold shower

Check in time was 3 pm but when we arrived at 4pm we still had to wait outside our room because they didnt prepare it
