Luxanos Condo Place- Sunvida Tower

The location is great. The clean unit, the shower is perfect, you can control the temperature easily.

The kitchen is too small, there is a cabinet that is wrongly placed in the kitchen which made the kitchen bench really small. No space on the table because the water dispenser, electric stove and rice cooker were put on top ☹️. The extra bed ( sofa bed) is broken, its bottom part comes off easily if you move while lying down 👎🏽

It is near SM City Cebu. Hot shower is good and CR is clean.

Small flies are everywhere. There is no pest control. Aircon is not working well. Sink is leaking but staffed fixed it fast.

Good apartment

The unit was clean, the interior design was great.

The not helpful front desk staff especially the guy. The thin futon beds. The three ladies ( not sure if they're on the late shift or if they're the housekeeping team)

There were bugs and horrible smell in the bathroom

From 19th floor, they transfer us at 24th floor and the new room 2402 is very nice. We really like the room because it has a balcony now and the view was great. The room is very cozy and all you need was there too.

I pay for the room for 4D3N with balcony, but they transfer us in the other room in our first night. The room they provide has no balcony, and we don't like the room. The room's perfume is bad. The heater is not working and they don't have an electric kettle for you to make hot water. They don't give us any compensation with this, though I extended our time in 2hours after 4days of staying.
