Luxanos Condo Place- Sunvida Tower

The location is really good based on the purpose that I will be doing.

Strict rules about cleanliness is very understandable and common sense. I don't have a problem with that but it was the opposite. The room smells bad. The toilet bowl smells not clean for you can smell urine on the toilet bowl area. Dirty shower curtain. Water in the lavatory sink get stuck when you ise it. Aircon seems not functioning. A lot of cabinets around a small place. The atmosphere feels dirty and physically dirty, which is very uncomfortable. I don't know who to contact.

The location close to the mall and the north bus station, the room comfortable and with everything, with all you need. The price is good for the city

there’s only 2 elevators working

It's so frustrating that only 1 elevator is functioning for the whole building. This is a serious safety issue.

The whole establishment is in need of refurbishment! The photos on the Booking.com website were obviously taken years ago! One of the main reasons for booking the place was the swimming pool, only to be told on arrival that the pool was not available, claiming that availability of the pool was seasonal, despite the literature clearly stating the opening and closing times of the pool. Nothing about seasonality. Strangely, I received an email detailing more details of the pool opening 30 minutes after our complaint. Even more strangely, this email has now disappeared from my inbox!!
