Luxanos Condo Place- Sunvida Tower

The only good thing about staying here is its accessibility. The location is convenient — right in front of SM City Cebu and not far from the pier.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The elevators are a major issue: only two are functioning, and they are extremely slow. With the number of guests staying, the wait time can easily stretch beyond five minutes, which is very frustrating. The room itself had several problems. I found cockroaches inside, the air conditioning wasn’t cold even when set to “high cool” and “10”, and it was leaking, which caused our extra bed to get wet. On top of that, the bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which added to the inconvenience.

I don't like to leave bad reviews and this will only be my second in my 52 years. As we entered for the first time we found the place smelt like a public toilet air freshener. Over the course of our 2 night stay we found so many wrongs and one seriously dangerous item. The fully opening window do not latch. If the kids fool around on the bed and fall on the window it will open and they could easily fall out from 30 stories high. Every thing is unplugged when you get in so the fridge is warm. The shower door is held in by a flimsy aluminium track and the door will fall out when you slide it. I found the cutlery to be dirty so I did not use any thing at all after that. Shower shelf is broken and lose. The main bed slopes to one side as one side is higher than the other side. The lounge is completely broken and the springs are all that is there on one side and completely unusable. The microwave does not work. The front door is only lockable by the flimsy door handle so it could be easily broken into. When the second bed is pulled out there is no space remaining and you can barely walk around. AFTER you book, then you will get a message with a heap of rules and they say you can't even have visitors, which I find rude. They say they will charge you for dirty and stained sheets, but thats what is supplied. My wife and I were itchy all night on the first night laying in bed.  200 peso if you wish to leave bags until later, I have never been charged for bag drop EVER. This place is charging way to much for what it is, and should be half to 3/4 of the listed price. There is plenty of other options this close to SM etc. I will never stay here again and is on my blocked list. As we stayed longer the issues got worse. I would now say DO NOT STAY HERE it is not worth it at all. This place should be 1000 peso a night, no more.
