"A perfect place for a staycation in the city!"

MyrVin’s place is cozy, nicely decorated, clean, with basic amenities. The host is generous in providing extras like coffee, tea, dental kit, water, juice, free use of condiments, if it’s AirBnB I’d say the host is a super host. There is an onsite laundromat, grocery, and a number of restaurants for dining. The condo tower is also connected to the SM mall, so everything you need is within reach.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It was very nice. The property was very clean organized. I enjoyed staying there. The host was excellent and responded very quickly and Checkin went flawlessly. I would like to stay there again when I’m back in the area!

Location, very accessible to everything ☺️. The unit is so homie. It was presented as advertised. And the surprising part is the host provided all amenities beyond our expectations!!!

Hmm, there is nothing to dislike...if I can be picky, just the lift...some lifts have a bad smell until I find out that there is a garbage area on the floor. Another thing is the pool and gym access.

It was a great stay, the host is accommodating and responsive. The room is nice and clean, the location is also good as it is near the mall, resto etc.
