Very welcoming, helpful staff - allowed early check in at no extra cost and responded to any requests promptly.

The location. Got my necklace ripped from my neck on my first afternoon when I went out to explore- first bad experience I have had in 7 months of travel so put me on edge. Used Grap anytime after that - door to door - so feel I spent most of my time in traffic rather than encountering Manila!

Нам отменили рейс и нам пришлось отменить бронь, хоть и был невозвратный, хозяин любезно провел отмену бронирования, всегда был на связи! Если будем еще раз транзитом в Маниле, обязательно остановимся тут!!!! Спасибо за понимание
