"Gemütlich aber Geräuschempfindlich"

Sehr “uriger”, gemütlicher Landhaus Stil. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich

Die (Holz) Decke ist extrem dünn weshalb man jedes Geräusch im anderen Appartement hört. Man muss also einen gesunden Schlaf oder Glück mit leisen Nachbarn haben, sonst kann das unangenehm werden
