TopSleep Apartments 26-1

De locatie was dicht bij het centrum. Binnen 10 minuten lopen was je in de stad. De naam TopSleep klopte voor de bedden. Deze lagen erg goed.

Doordat er geen airco in het huis zat stonden de ramen door het warme weer open. Echter het verblijf zat aan een vrij drukke straat waardoor er veel verkeersgeluiden te horen waren. Niet alle pannen waren schoon achtergelaten door de vorige huurders. Bij ontvangst heeft de eigenaar een aantal dingen laten zien waaronder een paar regels van het huis. Helaas golden deze regels niet voor de buren die een feestje hadden tot ver in de ochtend. Gezien het vroeger een fabriek was waren de scheidingswanden niet optimaal geïsoleerd zodat het geluid van de buren duidelijk aanwezig was. Het appartement heeft wat liefde nodig.

De locatie is goed, appartement is mooi ruim en alles is aanwezig.

Wij vonden het niet optimaal schoon. We hebben dit doorgegeven aan de beheerder, hij gaat er mee aan de slag.

All the rooms in the flat were spacious and the location was very convenient, near the John Frost Bridge. The beds were particularly comfortable. We liked having a large communal area for meals and chatting. Over a long weekend we even managed to park very close. Mario made a big effort to reply to questions and make suggestions about the Kings Day weekend which we hadn’t been aware of when booking.

The decoration was a little tired, there was a smoky smell and the kitchen was not clean. We felt the need to wash everything before using it.

The location was okay.

The apartment needs lots of TLC. It also needs a lot of attention cleaning wise, there is a rubber plant that is covered in dust and there are small flies In and around the soil. To be honest there is no need for a rubber plant as it adds no value to the room. The lighting is very poor. The shower is disgusting. The whole apartment needs a good revamp and industrial clean from top to bottom. The windows need attention. We only slept in the apartment as our family let us stay at their place in Arnhem.
