Eine wahnsinnig liebevoll eingerichtete schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Balkon lädt sehr zum Kaffee in der Sonne ein. Das Bad hat alles was man braucht- sogar einen Waschtrockner. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang ist man auch in der Stadt und kann alles wichtige zu Fuß anschauen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

The flat is perfect for 4. Just beautiful. The location was a quick walk to the Centre of Christchurch. The parking is included and the flat has everything you need.

The host communicated with us many days before check in. We were even sent the photos of the place and the exclusive parking space for us. The apartment was big and spacious with full laundry facilities. The kitchen was fully stocked with condiments and some basic ingredients but it was a pity we did not cook at all. Christchurch have so many places to eat that we did not felt the need to cook. The rooms were super comfortable with the right warmth for the cold nights. The host, Johnny, was very responsive to my messages and even gave us tips on the cheapest parking spot in town.

Wish it was nearer to the city centre. Walking is still possible but would take at least 10-15 minutes. We had a car so we could still drive there.

The location is great for a Christchurch city stay without a car. We walked everywhere except the airport and Riccarton racecourse. The apartment has everything you need and the sunny sheltered balcony is a bonus. The kitchen is very useable and the shower is lovely. It has a nice homely but spacious and modern feel to the apartment. Thank you Meredith

The large road is quite nearby - it is not too bad for noise but for us country bumpkins it was noticeable, even with the double glazed windows. The air conditioner is situated in the lounge which is a long hallway away from the master bedroom, so we found the bedroom did not cool down very well ... but maybe we did something wrong!

L’emplacement, le calme de la résidence. Avoir un parking dédié est très pratique et l’appartement est dans un bel état.

Le ménage est survolé, bâclé. Couverts gras, micro-ondes sale, cafetière pas nettoyée. Réfrigérateur sale avec des aliments restants ouverts et à la limite de la péremption ce qui laisse à croire qu’il y étaient depuis un certain moment.
