Received two emails at 11.35PM with the code for the dropbox. Much too late to have been any use. We had arrived several hours earlier and received a text with the details, shortly before our arrival

Warm and comfortable unit, being at the hospital alday everyday while in Hamilton we were able to wash and dry our washing daily which helped alot because I was too tired to be searching for a laundromat

TV didn't work 🤦🏼‍♀️ not sure why but the remote wouldn't work neither would the buttons on the TV 🤣

It was clean and spacious

The cooker was difficult to use, some instructions in the property would have been helpful
