What Breakfas? Coffee hard in jar

No access to the garage, very busy road, inside had a musty smell like it needed to be aired sadly it was not clean especially the shower dusty very disappointed.

The shower had good pressure

The carpet was filthy. The bedding was unsuitable and they did not smell clean. The refrigerator freezer was frozen over. There was insufficient cutlery for a 2 bedroom house- we were 4 in number and there were only 3 knives and forks. The stove and oven were greasy and unclean. There was insufficient cleaning equipment- the broom head fell off the handle, the toilet brush also fell apart and could not be used. Duvet inners did not fit the duvet covers or the beds in the front room. The garage was inaccessible and we were not allowed to use it… a complete waste of space. The clothes horse in the garage was rusted and had cleaning cloths hanging on them so we couldn’t Isitt even if it was useable. We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation. There was no one at the venue to greet us or to show us through like any of the other accommodation we stayed at . I will not be recommending this venue to anyone. The only plus for us at this venue was the shower.

It is very easy to find the place. Great communication about how to get our keys — made check-in super simple. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbors, which we really appreciated. Loved having a washing machine and dryer available — so handy for a family trip! Plenty of linen and towels were provided, which was awesome. Comfortable beds — we all slept really well. Loved that we had the option to clean up ourselves if we wanted to.

What I didn’t like: The place could do with a deep clean, especially the walls and ceiling. The oven needed a thorough clean. We ended up cleaning the heat pump filters and some of the cupboards ourselves. The shower could use some maintenance (it needs new silicone/sealant). Overall, the place was basically clean and comfortable, but a deep clean would make a big difference.

Location was great, space was awesome. Facilities was everything you need.

Shower glass wasn't the cleanest and found few things under the bed.

Ashi was very accommodating and let us check in a little earlier as our flight arrived early from Australia. The house great spot near shops and food places the area is quite and house meet our needs. Felt like home away from home. Will differently recommend to others and will book our stay with Ashi when we come to Hamilton.

Absolutely loved it! We have booked here twice now and I will book again. It was close to everything we needed. And felt like home
