ELEVEN APARTMENT

It was spacious, clean and we had a great view of the beach and the mountain.

Location was great, easy access and easy to find.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, cafés, and restaurants. The complex was very secure and offered great facilities, including a gym, pool, and parking. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated excellently throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home and we’d happily stay again.

The apartment was nice, we've stayed in that complex before which was the reason for going back. Location is lovely.

The host must have been having a bad day as she tried to take us to an apartment in a completely different complex to the one we booked. When we provided the confirmation details to prove where we should have been, she then admitted the mistake. Anyone who'd not been there before might not have known as she was really insistent on us staying in this other apartment. I asked for a later checkout which they said they couldn't accommodate (ok fair enough), but then tried to make me sign for an even earlier checkout than agreed and the cleaners turned up and let themselves in 30 minutes early anyway. The shower access was terrible, and there was an issue with the fridge that kept alarming all night. Bed was really uncomfortable.

Great apartment! Location is right by the mount. Clean and great value.

The place says can fit up to 6 people but we were only provided 4 sets of towels. The pull out couch in the lounge is not that comfortable so be aware if you’re intending on having more than 4 people. There was a spare mattress under one of the single beds but the room is quite tight for 3 singles. I’d say it’s better suited to 4 people but could accommodate 6 if 2 people didn’t mind sleeping on less comfortable beds. Just something to consider if booking for a big group but this place is still great value for money
