Lovely comfy place

Everything was great! Clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, with a view. Amazing! Its family friendly for the kids, and we will be back!

The parking on ground floor and the apartment access on level 1. Too much movement from car to apartment.

This was a repeat stay at the property. It has great location and is well appointed. Ideal for families. Property manager was great with communication and met us on arrival.

Some areas of the apartment are in need of a deep clean.

Everything was great.

TV could use a sound bar.

Fantastic location. Large apartment for a family of 4. Well stocked and modern kitchen. Laundry was great. Nicely decorated. Loved it!!!

Nothing. Was perfect

Number 11 was such a fantastic place to stay with our family for the weekend. It was much more spacious than what we were thinking! Everything was lovely and clean. Our check in host Shelley was super duper and very helpful. The pool was a real bonus for us. The views are spectacular (Pilot Bay one side, main surf beach the other!). Everything you need, really well equipped and a home away from home.

A little bit tricky to 'hand the keys over' at check out time. We had a lovely lady that helped us get out of the apartment/block so as we could leave the keys we were meant to though, so all good!!

Great place - clean,, modern, comfortable with a good design and layout situated close to the beach and the mount itself, plus only a small walk to the restaurants and bars . Nice ventilation system installed which keeps everything fresh. The roll down window blinds were very good too, as they gave you option of black out or filtered light. Shelley was an excellent communicator..

Nothing to fault. It was excellent.
