Close to beach

It was a comfortable stay, hostess was very nice and friendly and it was just what we needed to stay in Auckland.

Hi. Sorry laptop has been down for 5 weeks. I enjoyed my stay and the location.

I like ordinary tv channels. Never watch net flex. A girlfriend I visited felt the same. Can you get those channels?

Fabulous location and a very comfy place to stay.

Great host. Very accomodating of our arrival time. Good directions and communication. Nice and quiet. Large comfortable bed.

Clean, tidy with good facilities. The beach was wonderful. We used it as a stopover on our journey south but would have stayed longer. excellent and friendly host.

The location is great, super close to the beach.

For my partner and kids stay - Hostess was lovely and welcoming! I appreciate her helping us out with beach towels as we didn't pack any. She helped us navigate our way in and let us settle in quick. Handy having a washing machine and tumble dryer too. Extra blankets and pillows, as well as heaters meant we stayed warm and cosy. Netflix for the kids. Bed comfortable, some beautiful furniture/decor. There's also security cameras outdoors. Walk to beach wonderful - highlight of our stay!

The smell of mildew hits you as you walk in and a diffuser can't mask that. My eldests asthma started playing up and it rarely does. Plates were dirty with food still on them (wet and smelled of rotten garlicky food?) Windowsills could use a good clean. The part I didn't like the most was being startled awake several times during the night by dogs barking on the property. I'm not sure it's worth almost $200 per night.
