Lovely owner, nice and clean.

A bit tight for four of us

Lovely little apartment near Waiake Beach. Definitely nicer in person than in the photos. Main bedroom was generous and the bed was comfy. Nice living room with kitchen. Perfect for a short weekend stay.

Instructions for getting in - worked it out when I got there.

Good shower /comfortable bed . Clean property.We didn’t need to cook but facilities there to do so if needed.

Property is around the back of house in basement area. A little dark getting around there at night in rain. No off street parking but we were able to park in the street a couple of houses along.

Parking was on the street only. The weather was wet, so I unpacked the car and parked it on the road in the rain, etc. Its a long ROW driveway. Lumps of coffee in the sugar container. Coffee mugs had brown rings in the bottom.

Close to family function.

The car parking is an issue. You have to park on the road but there was nothing out the front so we had to park up the road and when the weather is not on your side it's a little unpleasant. We were there for 4 days, and there were only 2 towels , which is a little disappointing. I like a clean towel each day.
