For the future please provide a better quality linens and towels.. kindly put international plugs near the bed..And lastly please organize the bed nicely and properly so that the cupboard can be use without moving the bed..

All in all goods..But Units need to be more clean thoroughly so dust..toilet is clean enough but dust all over floor as you wet it..But Still its a good choice and its near all so.yeah probably coming back!

no personal hygiene kit (toothbrush and toothpaste)

No one from the property replied to our request for early check in. But when we arrived at the place, I was told that I have to 500 per hr but the staff said that it was not possible as the room is still not available. Look, we were 5 members with 3 Seniors and yet there was no option for us to stay early as we travelled to Baguio to visit a family member who is in the ICU. All of us was tired and had a bad experience. Also pls check your property personnel. They did not even have a decency to inform us that early check in was available even if we are willing to pay.

Location is Perfect . Near to every place we want to visit

No access to TV. Water heater in the bathroom is cold. The night-morning that Tuesday , don’t even looked us up when we asked , because she is busy looking at her mobile phone. The staff in morning when we check out Wednesday , she is very attentive and nice. 5 star staff she is.

Location is great. Center and heart of the city. Very quiet at night and you can really sleep and relax.

No facial tissues, bottled water and coffee. (Had to ask for it during check in) atleast provide extra pillows and thick blankets since Baguio has a cold weather. Sometimes you will hear people in the hallway while you are inside the room. But most importantly please provide tissues in the toilet ( only 1 roll for 3 night stay is not enough ) and facial tissues in the room. This is very important and essential. Change the keychain in the room keys ( it always falls apart and if we lost the key, we might get charged for a big amount or penalty ) another thing. Also please provide trash plastic bags to replace full ones. I know there is no housekeepinv to clean the unut on a daily basis so it is important to provide above mentioned
