The location was superb

Reception staff were not very helpful at all. We stayed for three nights and the room never got serviced at all. I could probably accept that if they had supplied a broom so we could clean the room ourselves and a washing machine to wash the towels. Maybe next time just book a hotel room.

"Great location but unreasonable people and very poorly maintained and managed"

Great location close to the park

Dangerous with loose rails, unsecured glass bathroom shelves which fell of the wall while we were out and smashed, we were then charged for damage, totally unacceptable and a danger to children. Do not book here
