Location

We stayed in this flat for one night and were very disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. The apartment was dirty and felt unsafe. Several electrical plugs were pulled out of the walls, with exposed cables visible, which was a serious safety concern. There was dust throughout the flat, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The pillows were stained yellow, the shower was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire apartment. The property did not match a reasonable standard of hygiene or comfort. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and maintenance of the property.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt in der Innenstadt Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis war okay.

Spärliche Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien (wenig Tassen/Gläser, Besteck, fehlende Schere), kein Spüllappen, nur ein Abfallbeutel milchige verdreckte Gläser/Tassen ( siehe Bilder) Stark vereister Kühlschrank Eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für 3 Personen bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt, spärliche Beleuchtung im Bad Nasser Wischlappen für den Boden vom Vorgänger in der Abstellkammer vorgefunden Insgesamt nicht gründlich gesäuberte Wohnung mit Staubschichten an verschiedenen Stellen (siehe Bilder) Toröffner nicht in der Schublade wie beschrieben vorgefunden, sondern an der Garderobe hängend

It was very close to most of the tourist spots

They accused us of being more than we were and started to threaten that they will block us from booking.com and are asking us to pay 200 polish currency We were 3 staying and 1 of our friend came to pick us up while we were leaving the Appartment the cleaning lady was outside maybe she miss counted us n then the booking person sent me texts that we were 5 staying there which was not true at all Just ruined our experience and I felt was not worth it The Appartment is not as shown in pictures it’s very old

Good location

Everything apart from the location was awful.. Booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Ul. Garbary - got a 2 bedroom apartment at Ul Swietego Ducha. The beds squeaed so awful I had to place the whole matress on the floor during the stay otherwise I woke up because of the noise the bed made. Very dirty place and many things were - just like the bed - broken and not fixed. Half an hour before our stay the host finally sent us (in Polish, NOT English??) description to the apartment. Beforehand he had asked for my email address - so that the correspondence can not be seen by Booking.com employees. The description to the apartment gives us a totally different adress. In other words - without our consent 30 minutes before check-in he sends us to a 2 bedroom apartment. I call and ask about this - he says we got a better standard and that he is renting out the 3 bedroom apartment to 4 men. Again without our consent. The place was dirty with many things not working. Called the host again and said we wanted the original after we arrived in Location and saw that it is smaller than what we paid for- he claimed to be in Tokyo and said we can just cancel the booking. We tried to get a refund and relocation to a 3 bedroom apartment - which we had paid for- from booking.com - but they didn't see the issue. The host must have placed photos from 2 apartments in the listing so that when Booking.com see our pictures of the apartment they see that it looks as the 1 listed. Then he is renting out 2 places (or more) and only paying to booking.com for fees on one.

Źle pracuje wanna, stary Matras w drugim pokoju. Słaba izolacja szumu.
